These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SlideClean mobile application ("App") provided by SlideClean ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SlideClean, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. App Functionality

SlideClean allows you to review and delete photos from your device's photo library. You acknowledge that:

  • Photos you confirm for deletion are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in iOS and will be permanently deleted by iOS after 30 days
  • You are solely responsible for your decision to delete any photos
  • We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App

4. Photo Library Access

The App requires access to your photo library to function. All photo processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any external server.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

SlideClean offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period
  • All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect payment information

6. Advertisements

The free version of SlideClean displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed during your use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by SlideClean and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), SlideClean ("biz") tarafından sağlanan SlideClean mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşullara bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

SlideClean'e erişerek veya kullanarak en az 13 yaşında olduğunuzu ve bu Koşullara uymayı kabul ettiğinizi onaylarsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Lisans

Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla Uygulamayı kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.

3. Uygulama İşlevselliği

SlideClean, cihazınızın fotoğraf kitaplığındaki fotoğrafları incelemenizi ve silmenizi sağlar. Şunları kabul edersiniz:

  • Silmek için onayladığınız fotoğraflar iOS'un "Son Silinenler" albümüne taşınır ve 30 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir
  • Fotoğraf silme kararınızdan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz
  • Uygulama kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz

4. Fotoğraf Kitaplığı Erişimi

Uygulama çalışmak için fotoğraf kitaplığınıza erişim gerektirir. Tüm fotoğraf işleme cihazınızda yerel olarak gerçekleşir. Fotoğraflarınızı herhangi bir harici sunucuya yüklemiyoruz.

5. Abonelikler ve Satın Almalar

  • Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
  • Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir
  • Abonelikleri Apple ID hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz
  • Kullanılmayan abonelik süreleri için iade yapılmaz

6. Reklamlar

SlideClean'in ücretsiz sürümü Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm içerik, tasarım, grafikler ve kod SlideClean'e aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.

8. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sağlanmaktadır.

9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, SlideClean Uygulama kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.

10. Koşullarda Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığında yürürlüğe girer.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

2. Lizenz

3. App-Funktionalität

SlideClean ermöglicht es Ihnen, Fotos aus der Fotobibliothek Ihres Geräts zu überprüfen und zu löschen:

  • Zum Löschen bestätigte Fotos werden in das iOS-Album "Zuletzt gelöscht" verschoben und nach 30 Tagen dauerhaft gelöscht
  • Sie sind allein verantwortlich für Ihre Entscheidung, Fotos zu löschen
  • Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für Datenverluste durch die Nutzung der App

4. Abonnements und Käufe

  • Die Zahlung wird bei Kaufbestätigung Ihrem Apple-ID-Konto belastet
  • Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, wenn sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt werden
  • Für nicht genutzte Teile eines Abonnementzeitraums werden keine Rückerstattungen gewährt

5. Werbung

Die kostenlose Version von SlideClean zeigt Werbung über Google AdMob an.

6. Haftungsausschluss

Die App wird "wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt.

7. Haftungsbeschränkung

Im maximal gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haftet SlideClean nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden.

8. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen der Republik Türkei.

  • Vous êtes seul responsable de votre décision de supprimer des photos
  • Nous ne sommes pas responsables de toute perte de données résultant de votre utilisation

4. Abonnements et Achats

  • Le paiement est débité de votre compte Apple ID lors de la confirmation de l'achat
  • Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours
  • Aucun remboursement n'est effectué pour les portions inutilisées d'une période d'abonnement

5. Publicités

La version gratuite de SlideClean affiche des publicités via Google AdMob.

6. Limitation de Responsabilité

L'Application est fournie "telle quelle" sans aucune garantie. SlideClean ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects ou consécutifs.

7. Droit Applicable

Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois de la République de Turquie.

  • Usted es el único responsable de su decisión de eliminar fotos
  • No somos responsables de ninguna pérdida de datos resultante de su uso

4. Suscripciones y Compras

  • El pago se carga a su cuenta de Apple ID al confirmar la compra
  • Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual
  • No se realizan reembolsos por períodos de suscripción no utilizados

5. Publicidad

La versión gratuita de SlideClean muestra anuncios a través de Google AdMob.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. SlideClean no será responsable de daños indirectos o consecuentes.

7. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Turquía.

  • Siete i soli responsabili della vostra decisione di eliminare foto

4. Abbonamenti e Acquisti

  • Il pagamento viene addebitato al vostro account Apple ID alla conferma dell'acquisto
  • Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente se non cancellati almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo corrente
  • Non vengono effettuati rimborsi per porzioni inutilizzate di un periodo di abbonamento

5. Pubblicità

La versione gratuita di SlideClean mostra pubblicità tramite Google AdMob.

6. Limitazione di Responsabilità

L'App è fornita "così com'è" senza garanzie di alcun tipo. SlideClean non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti o consequenziali.

4. Assinaturas e Compras

  • O pagamento é cobrado na sua conta Apple ID na confirmação da compra
  • As assinaturas são renovadas automaticamente, a menos que sejam canceladas pelo menos 24 horas antes do final do período atual
  • Não são feitos reembolsos por períodos de assinatura não utilizados

5. Publicidade

A versão gratuita do SlideClean exibe anúncios através do Google AdMob.

6. Limitação de Responsabilidade

O Aplicativo é fornecido "como está" sem garantias de qualquer tipo. SlideClean não será responsável por danos indiretos ou consequenciais.

Door toegang te krijgen tot of gebruik te maken van SlideClean, bevestigt u dat u ten minste 13 jaar oud bent en akkoord gaat met deze Voorwaarden.

2. Licentie

Wij verlenen u een beperkte, niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare, herroepbare licentie om de App te gebruiken voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële doeleinden.

3. App-functionaliteit

SlideClean stelt u in staat foto's uit de fotobibliotheek van uw apparaat te bekijken en te verwijderen:

  • Foto's die u bevestigt voor verwijdering worden verplaatst naar het iOS-album "Onlangs verwijderd" en worden na 30 dagen permanent verwijderd
  • U bent als enige verantwoordelijk voor uw beslissing om foto's te verwijderen
  • Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor gegevensverlies als gevolg van uw gebruik

4. Abonnementen en Aankopen

  • Betaling wordt bij bevestiging van aankoop in rekening gebracht op uw Apple ID-account
  • Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tenzij minimaal 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode opgezegd
  • Er worden geen restituties verleend voor ongebruikte delen van een abonnementsperiode

5. Advertenties

De gratis versie van SlideClean toont advertenties via Google AdMob.

6. Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid

De App wordt geleverd "zoals deze is" zonder enige garantie. SlideClean is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade.

7. Toepasselijk Recht

本利用規約（「規約」）は、SlideClean（「当社」）が提供するSlideCleanモバイルアプリケーション（「アプリ」）のご利用を規定します。アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

SlideCleanにアクセスまたは使用することにより、13歳以上であることを確認し、本規約に従うことに同意するものとします。

2. ライセンス

当社は、お客様が所有または管理するAppleデバイスで個人的、非商用目的でアプリを使用するための限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可、取消可能なライセンスを付与します。

3. アプリの機能

SlideCleanは、デバイスのフォトライブラリの写真を確認・削除することができます：

  • 削除を確認した写真はiOSの「最近削除した項目」アルバムに移動され、30日後に完全に削除されます
  • 写真の削除を決定する責任はお客様のみにあります
  • アプリのご利用に起因するデータの損失について当社は責任を負いません

4. サブスクリプションと購入

  • お支払いは購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます
  • サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます
  • サブスクリプション期間の未使用分の返金は行われません

5. 広告

SlideCleanの無料版はGoogle AdMobを通じて広告を表示します。

6. 責任の制限

アプリは「現状のまま」いかなる保証もなく提供されます。SlideCleanは間接的または結果的な損害について責任を負いません。

7. 準拠法

本規約はトルコ共和国の法律に準拠します。

2. 라이선스

당사는 귀하에게 개인적, 비상업적 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가능한, 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.

3. 앱 기능

SlideClean은 기기의 사진 라이브러리에서 사진을 검토하고 삭제할 수 있게 합니다:

  • 삭제가 확인된 사진은 iOS의 "최근 삭제된 항목" 앨범으로 이동되며 30일 후 영구적으로 삭제됩니다
  • 사진 삭제 결정에 대한 책임은 전적으로 귀하에게 있습니다
  • 앱 사용으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다

4. 구독 및 구매

  • 결제는 구매 확인 시 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다
  • 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다
  • 사용하지 않은 구독 기간에 대한 환불은 제공되지 않습니다

5. 광고

SlideClean 무료 버전은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다.

6. 책임 제한

앱은 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. SlideClean은 간접적 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

7. 준거법

본 약관은 터키 공화국 법률에 의해 규율됩니다.

本使用条款（"条款"）规定您对SlideClean（"我们"）提供的SlideClean移动应用程序（"应用"）的使用。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您同意受这些条款的约束。

2. 许可

4. الاشتراكات والمشتريات

  • يتم خصم الدفع من حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء
  • تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية
  • لا يتم استرداد الأجزاء غير المستخدمة من فترة الاشتراك

5. الإعلانات

تعرض النسخة المجانية من SlideClean إعلانات عبر Google AdMob.

6. تحديد المسؤولية

يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لن يكون SlideClean مسؤولاً عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية تركيا.
